DukiwiLink
For the person being helped
Shows an ID and a temporary password. Nothing is captured until the person presses Allow, and the password changes after every session.
Remote access, made in Switzerland
DukiwiLink lets you help someone, or reach your own computers, from anywhere. Share an ID and a one-time password, they press Allow, and you are in. Every image and keystroke is encrypted end to end.
Relay status: Onlineversion 0.10.2
Free up to 10 concurrent sessions. No credit card, no trial period.
Three apps, one link
Small native apps written in Rust. No account needed to start, no browser plug-in, nothing running in the background without you knowing.
For the person being helped
Shows an ID and a temporary password. Nothing is captured until the person presses Allow, and the password changes after every session.
For the helper
Connects to any computer, keeps an address book of your machines and has its own ID, so two Agents can connect to each other.
For your own computers
Unattended access with a strong fixed password. On Windows it runs as a service, even before anyone logs in.
Features
Built for IT support, small businesses and families who look after each other's computers.
Mouse and keyboard, or view only. A Keys menu sends Ctrl+Alt+Del, Alt+Tab, the Windows key and more.
Pick one monitor or see them all at once. Wide screens are scaled to stay readable.
Sharp images for text, smooth video when things move. Quality adjusts itself to the connection, up to 30 frames per second.
Drag and drop files both ways. Compressed on the way, checked on arrival, and resumed after a cut connection.
Copy here, paste there. Text and images up to 4 MB, in both directions, and off with one click.
Talk without a phone call. Messages disappear when the session ends.
Save a session as an MP4 on your computer. The other side is always told it is being recorded.
Reach your own machines at the login screen and through administrator prompts, with no one there to click.
Name your computers once. Sign in on any Agent and your list is there, encrypted.
On a Host, blank the physical screen and block the local mouse and keyboard while you work. The screen says maintenance is in progress.
Your computers, live sessions, data used and the full connection history, with CSV export.
New versions install themselves on Windows. Each one is checked against our signing key first.
How it works
The person you help opens DukiwiLink and reads out its ID and temporary password.
They see who is asking and choose between viewing only and control. They can stop at any moment.
A blue frame shows exactly which screen is shared. When you leave, the password changes.
Security
The relay in Switzerland only passes encrypted packets between the two computers. It never learns the password and can't decrypt a single image, even if it were compromised.
Argon2id and SPAKE2 prove the password without sending it. ChaCha20-Poly1305 then encrypts every message, with a separate key in each direction.
No hidden mode. A blue frame and a Stop bar are always visible on the shared screen, and the prompt refuses on its own after 60 seconds.
After 3 wrong passwords the computer locks, for longer each time. The relay limits requests per address too.
Allow only the Agents you list, and ask for an authenticator code after the password.
Every Windows program and installer carries our Microsoft-trusted signature, so you know it comes from us, unmodified.
A sign-in to your account from a new location waits for your approval by email.
NewDukiwiLink RelayServer
From the Business plan, run your own relay on your own servers. Your computers connect through it instead of ours, and the traffic can stay entirely inside your network.
A signed installer sets it up as a Windows service, and a .deb package runs it with systemd. One program, with no database or web server to install.
Like ours, your relay only passes encrypted packets. It never sees a screen or a password.
HTTPS with your company's certificate, or behind your existing IIS or nginx. Sessions run over WebSocket for low latency.
The apps use link.dukiwi.com by default. Enter your own relay's address instead, and your computers connect through it.
Your licence key is checked online with link.dukiwi.com. The relay needs to reach it at least once every 30 days to keep accepting connections.
Dukiwi SA can set it up with you, remotely or on site.

No. The image is encrypted on the shared computer and decrypted on the viewer's. Our relay sees only IDs, addresses, times and amounts of data, and keeps that record for a year.
Usually, yes. DukiwiLink talks to the relay over standard HTTPS, and connects directly on the local network when it can.
Windows and Linux (X11) today. Wayland is on our list. There is no Mac or mobile version yet.

Not many, on purpose. DukiwiLink already does what most people need, and we keep it simple, stable and secure. If you need a lot more, TeamViewer, AnyDesk or RustDesk will probably suit you better.
