These terms of use govern your use of DukiwiLink: the link.dukiwi.com website, the dashboard, the relay and the User, Agent and Host apps. By creating an account or using the apps, you accept them in full.
1. Provider
Dukiwi SA, a Swiss public limited company, Grand-Rue 18, 1470 Estavayer-le-Lac, Switzerland. UID: CHE-166.358.852. Contact: info@dukiwi.com.
2. The service
DukiwiLink lets you see and control a computer remotely:
- User: the shared computer, which shows an ID and a temporary password and asks the person in front of it to agree;
- Agent: the app of the person who connects;
- Host: unattended access, without confirmation, with a fixed password;
- the relay, which puts the apps in touch, and the dashboard, which manages the account, devices and connection log.
RelayServer, the relay installed at a customer’s site, is covered by a separate licence.
3. Account
- The account is created with a valid email address that belongs to you. A temporary password is sent to it; you then choose your own.
- You keep your credentials secret and are responsible for what is done with your account. We recommend turning on two-step verification (code or passkey).
- Report any unauthorised use to info@dukiwi.com without delay.
- The owner of an organisation is responsible for the people they invite and for their use of the service.
- An account created but never used within 48 hours is deleted automatically.
4. Plans and prices
The Free plan costs nothing and includes up to 10 concurrent sessions. Paid plans and their prices are shown on link.dukiwi.com; ordering them is also subject to the general terms of sale of Dukiwi SA. Dukiwi SA may change what the Free plan includes; significant changes are announced in advance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use DukiwiLink lawfully only. In particular:
- you only connect to computers you are allowed to use, with the agreement of their owner or user;
- you only install Host (access without confirmation) on your own devices or with their owner’s written agreement;
- you inform the people concerned where the law requires it, employees in particular;
- you must not use the service to watch someone without their knowledge, for scams (fake technical support, for example), to spread malware, to access data without permission, or to harm others;
- you must not get around the service’s protections, overload it on purpose, resell it or decompile it, except as far as the law allows.
In case of abuse, Dukiwi SA may block IDs or accounts without notice and pass the necessary information to the competent authorities.
6. Your sessions
What you see, copy or transfer during a session is your sole responsibility. Session content (screen, keyboard, mouse, files, clipboard, chat) is end-to-end encrypted between the apps: Dukiwi SA has no access to it and cannot recover it.
7. Availability
Dukiwi SA takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and secure, but does not guarantee it will run without interruption or error. Maintenance may be needed; the service’s state is published at link.dukiwi.com/status. The Free plan carries no service level commitment.
8. Software and intellectual property
Dukiwi SA grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the DukiwiLink apps while you use the service. The apps, website, brand and logos remain the property of Dukiwi SA. Updates are signed by Dukiwi SA and may install automatically.
9. Liability
As far as Swiss law allows, Dukiwi SA is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data, or damage caused by use contrary to these terms, by third parties, by networks or by force majeure. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains. For paid plans, liability is also limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at info@dukiwi.com. Dukiwi SA may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. Data is then erased as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
Dukiwi SA may change these terms. The version in force and its date are on this page. Significant changes are announced by email or in the dashboard; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fribourg, Switzerland, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law.
